Due to the nature of our products being fixed sample without options for color, size, or style, our return and refund policy is specifically outlined as follows:

1. Return & Refund Request Period

Customers may submit a return and refund request within 30 days from the date of receiving the product.

After this period, Zamimart regrets that we cannot accept any return or refund requests.

Note: Zamimart only sells fixed sample products (e.g., a throw pillow cover model available in one color and one size). Therefore, we do not support product exchanges due to customer preference after receipt. Customers are advised to consider carefully before placing an order.

3. Conditions to be Eligible for Return & Refund

The product must meet all the following conditions:

  • Intact, unused, and not damaged due to customer's handling.
  • Original tags, labels, and packaging (if any) remain intact.
  • Return request is submitted within 30 days from the delivery date.
  • Belongs to the accepted cases listed in section 2.

4. Return & Refund Request Process

Step 1: Submit a request to Zamimart

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line: Return/Refund Request - [Order Number]

Please include the following information:

  • Order Number.
  • Photos or videos clearly showing the product condition/defect.
  • Brief description of the issue.
  • Full name and phone number used when placing the order.
Step 2: Zamimart confirms and processes

Zamimart will respond within 1–2 business days. After verification, we will proceed with one of the following options:

a. Send a replacement product

  • Applicable if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.
  • Zamimart covers all shipping costs for the replacement.
  • Customers are not required to return the defective product.

b. Issue a full refund

  • Applicable if replacement is not possible or at the customer's request.
  • Refund will be made to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing time typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on the bank or payment service provider.

5. Returning Products

In all return/refund cases, Zamimart does not require customers to return defective products. Therefore, customers will not incur any costs related to returning products.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Customers must provide accurate and complete delivery information (full name, address, phone number).

Zamimart is not responsible for lost or returned orders due to incorrect information or unreachable customers.

If an order is returned and the customer requests redelivery, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fees for the second delivery.
