After this timeframe, your order may have already been processed and sent for shipment, so we cannot guarantee that any changes or cancellations can be made.

Note: We aim to respond within 24 hours. Your change or cancellation request is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from Zamimart.
3. Refunds for Canceled Orders
If your order is successfully canceled within the eligible timeframe:
- We will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
- The refund processing time depends on your bank or payment service provider.
- On average, refunds take 3–7 business days, depending on the policies and processing times of third parties.
4. Cases Where Changes or Cancellations Are Not Possible
- Request sent after the 8-hour window from the order time.
- Orders that have already been packed and handed over to the shipping carrier.
- Products that are non-cancellable/non-returnable, as specified in the product description (if applicable).
